I’m Shadi Gharfeh. I came to America at 17 with nothing but the conviction that opportunity exists for those willing to chase it.

Raised by a single, hardworking mother — I worked my first job at 12 in a grocery store, saving every dollar to pursue a different life. For my mother. For my little brother. For myself.

In the years that followed, I worked across this country in every job that would have me — from cleaning bathrooms to brokering businesses. None of it glamorous. All of it formative.

In 2020, I discovered the insurance industry. At first, I doubted it. Most people do. Then I went all-in — quit my flooring job and refused to leave the field with anything but proof that I belonged in it.

In six years, on my own pen, I’ve personally written over $5.5 million in business — and built the foundation of my own agency.

This industry transformed my life. With the right mindset, hard work, and self-investment — it can do the same for you.
