Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) Disclosure

Scope of Appointment
A Scope of Appointment form is required before any Medicare sales presentation. This ensures you understand which products will be discussed and gives you control over the conversation. Information is for educational purposes and not a complete listing of all plans.
Before any individual appointment, Eagles Life and Health Agency obtains a signed Scope of Appointment (SOA) form to document the topics you have agreed to discuss. This ensures that conversations stay focused on the products and services you have requested information about, as required by CMS regulations.
The SOA must be completed at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, unless the beneficiary initiates the contact. You are never obligated to enroll in any plan as a result of this appointment.
42 CFR §§ 422.2267(e) / 423.2267(e) — TPMO Marketing Requirements
Eagles Life and Health Agency operates in full compliance with 42 CFR §§ 422.2267(e) and 423.2267(e), which govern Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) marketing activities for Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. These sections establish requirements for TPMO disclaimers, beneficiary consent, recordkeeping, and oversight of downstream marketing entities. All representatives are trained and certified in accordance with CMS requirements and applicable state regulations.
47 CFR § 64.1200 — TCPA Compliance
Eagles maintains strict compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. All outbound communications require prior express written consent. Our AI scheduling assistant operates within these boundaries at all times.
